About Me

Hey y’all, I’m Regina, and this is my space for real, raw, rooted conversation. I created Rooted in Real Talk to speak to the parts of us that often go unheard—the love, the loss, the healing, and the hard stuff. As a veteran, a social worker, a caregiver, and a woman navigating life with both fire and fatigue, I know what it means to carry a lot and still show up.
This blog isn’t about perfection. It’s about honesty, grace, and growth—for me and for you. I write for the overthinkers, the caregivers, and anyone who needs a “me too” in the dark. Whether we’re talking mental health, family, faith, or just figuring it all out, we’re doing it without blame, shame, or fear.
